Human Performance Solutions is your team's performance partner. We provide strength and conditioning, performance training, and rehabilitation programming support to teams, organizations, and athletic departments.
How are you navigating your team's physical preparation process?
Do you wish you had a partner in that process?
HPS is your new performance training partner.
HPS is a team of performance coaches and physical therapists with broad and deep experience in elite sport and military environments. We have seen firsthand the challenges leaders face and work hard to identify practical solutions.
Human Performance Solutions was born out of necessity, much like most innovations. Our experience in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and military environments made us realize that only a small percentage of teams and organizations have access to elite performance training and rehabilitation programs. HPS is here to change that dynamic.
The HPS evaluation process identifies opportunities for leaders to improve delivery and implementation of performance training and limited-scope rehabilitation processes. We then provide a range of programmatic solutions to facilitate improvement of these processes.
We understand how challenging 21st century leadership is, both in sport and military settings. We exist to complement your exemplary leadership and support your team's performance preparation by drawing on our own diverse experience and providing your team with tailored solutions.
